By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

By placing an order with LaV's Skincare, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at LaV's Skincare for the sale and supply of any of its products. 

LaV's Skincare reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product offerings without prior notice.  In the event of a product being sold out, LaV's Skincare has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. LaV's Skincare shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

1. LaV's products contain active ingredients which may make you more sensitive to the sun which can in turn increase the appearance of hyperpigmentation on the skin. It is therefore important to make sure you incorporate a good SPF or sunscreen in your LaV's Skincare routine. 

1. You have to be 18 years and above to successfully purchase LaV's products. Although LaV's products are suitable for use by children the age of 12 and above.
